Shipping Policy
Where we ship
We currently ship to all addresses within the United States, including PO boxes.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed.
Delivery time
Once shipped, orders arrive within 4–8 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by high-volume periods, weather or carrier delays.
Shipping rates
- 1 pillow – Standard Shipping: $2.00
- 2 pillows – Tracked Shipping: $3.00
- 3 pillows – Secure Tracked Shipping: $4.00
- 4 or more pillows – Premium Secure Shipping: $5.00
The exact shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.
Order tracking
Every order is shipped with tracking. When your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your package to your door.
Lost or delayed packages
If your package has not arrived within 15 business days of shipping, or tracking shows it as lost, contact us at hush.bounnd@gmail.com and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us within 12 hours of placing your order and we will do our best to correct it before it ships. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
